WARRANTY


- SELFIE LIGHT guarantees the working of its products for the full warranty period, effective from the date of purchase.

- We will fix or replace your product within the warranty period.

- We do not fix or replace lights that have obvious signs of use and breakage.

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer.

- We will not be held liable for any item(s) which is damaged due to incorrect usage, if the item is used incorrectly and causes damage to the item(s) we will not be held responsible.

- We will not fix or replace any items which you have tried to repair by yourself or a third party.

- To be eligible for your warranty your product must be in it’s original condition, if the product is not in its original condition and is missing parts unfortunately your warranty is void and our manufacturer will no longer honor the warranty.

- Tampering of with your product will result in void of your warranty.

- We ensure that we deliver all products in good order, in a case where you ship your product back to us and it arrives damaged or defective, the company will not be held liable.

- Client must insure all items are wrapped properly to avoid damage during transit, we will not be held liable for any damages which may occur during transit.


NB: If your warranty is void due to obvious signs of use, breakage or tampering the client will be responsible and liable for courier fees. All courier fees paid by the company will be claimed from the client.



Missing items

You have 48 hours after delivery of your parcel to report any missing items missing from your package. If you do not report your missing item within the 48hour period then, unfortunately, we cannot send a replacement and we will not be held liable for missing items.



Damaged Items

You have 48 hours after delivery of your parcel to report any damaged items from your package. If you do not report your damaged items within the 48hour period then, we will assume that your parcel arrived in good order, unfortunately, we cannot send a replacement and we will not be held liable for damaged items.



Limited Warranty

There are certain items with a limited 30 day warranty, this includes all wear and tear items namely; power cables, cellphone charges, smartphone attachments, etc.

You have 30 days to report your wear and tear items, once 30 days have been exceed it will be assumed your item is in good working order.



SELFIE LIGHT reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders and terminate accounts at the company’s discretion.
