You can return the product to us within 7 days from receiving your item and we will either replace it, or credit your account, subject to the terms below.

You are responsible for the following when returning your products:

  • Ensure the product is unused and undamaged, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
  • Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit
  • Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel
  • To start your return send an email to requesting your return within 7 days once it is received.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Each customer is liable for their own return shipping fees back to the company.
  • We will collect the product from you at a minimal charge and provide you with the fee before collecting.
  • If you would like to use your own courier, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refund is 30 business days from receiving your return.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request.

There are certain situations where NO refunds are granted:

- If the product has obvious signs of use or breakage

- The item is unsealed or tampered with.

- Any item not in its original condition or damaged.

- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

The provision of goods and services by SELFIE LIGHT (Pty) Ltd. is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, SELFIE LIGHT (Pty) Ltd. will exchange your product for an item in-stock item or refund the client in full within 30 business days.

Missing items

You have 48 hours after delivery of your parcel to report any missing items missing from your package. If you do not report your missing item within the 48hour period then, unfortunately, we cannot send a replacement and we will not be held liable for missing items.


- Cancellations may attract a cancellation fee of 15%

- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days, and a payment will be returned back to you via EFT (electronic funds transfer).

- This is our standard refund terms applicable to all purchases.

SELFIE LIGHT reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders and terminate accounts at the company’s discretion.
